We always try to ensure our client is 100% happy with Blenchify’s services. If we fail to meet your special design needs or make a mistake with your order, we will refund your order money according to our delivery policy.

When you order from us, we promise to give you our best effort. But people make mistakes and we admit it. Due to this, you may want your money back. If we fail to complete your design order as promised, we will give an order money refund. However, we reserve the right to refuse the client’s refund request if we think the refund request is suspicious or dishonest.

Blenchify Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you have ordered and paid for our services, do not wish to continue your work through us. In that case, you can cancel your order as per the following procedure.

  • If you request a refund within 24 hours, you will be eligible for a 66% refund.
  • If you request a refund within 24-48 hours, you will be eligible for a 33% refund (less 10% service and processing fee).
  • No refund requests will be accepted after 72 hours of placing your order or before delivery.
  • If the client fails to make the required payment within 7 days of the commencement of his/her accepted service, the amount paid is non-refundable.

The same principle applies to cancelling an ongoing project. When we have already started work on a project, we do not offer to change the service or services ordered. In short, any cancellation of your order or change of service must be completed within 24-72 hours of placing the order.
